Core Class

More details about Laura's classes at the Ripley arena in the fitness room upstairs. The classes are great, if you need motivation to get doing weights......while on the ball etc. This class is for you!! I'm feeling it today!!  (The class are all women so far....fyi.  Since you have to bring your own weights men might be hauling quite a load since they have bigger muscle mass, which would be a bit tricky.)  I'm only using 5lbs weights right now, but will bring 7lbs in a few weeks. Some girls are using 7, 10 and 15!!  That's great, just a lot of weight to bring.  Amy Snobelen brings them in a little pulley-style suitcase.  Smart!  Michele

Massage Therapist

I want to recommend a massage therapist:

Mike McGrath
Kincardine Holistic Health Center
281 Durham St. Kincardine
519 396-4018

Shaun Talbot has recently had a change in career, and as a result is gradually phasing out his clients monthly.  While sad to see him go, I am happy for him to be realizing his goal as a firefighter/communtiy educator.

Shaun was kind to recommend Mike ( As well as other local therapists), and I was happy with the therapy he provided.  Mike gives deep massage as required and is happy to take new clients.

Keeping you posted,  Michele Gade
